Project Background

Kunming Changshui International Airport is located in Changshui Village, Guandu District, Kunming City, Yunnan Province, 24.5 kilometers to the northeast of Kunming City. As a 4F international airport, it is one of the eight regional hub airports in China, an international aviation hub and one of the two major national gateway hub airports in China.

A former military airfield, it was the main base and headquarters of the Flying Tigers during World War II and the terminus of the Hump route. The airport played an important role in transporting a large number of supplies during the war. Kunming Airport has ILS, VOR/DME, NDB and other communication and navigation facilities, which can be used for takeoff and landing of Boeing 747, Airbus A340 and other models. The head of airport procurement needs to procure equipment for the airport's administrative facilities, including a conference room with conference tables and chairs. The buyer found the supplier of most products, but he was not familiar with the supplier of desk and office chair, so he asked the general supplier. So our company was found. The buyer described that the production of other equipment had already begun, and the remaining conference room equipment required as short a time as possible, because it was very urgent. They need all the facilities to arrive at the airport at the same time and set up.

Solution

  • First of all, we selected 2-3 types of I-shaped conference room chairs for our customers, which are made of PP plus fiber plastic back basket and net cloth. The final client chose a grey chair to match the style of their custom conference table.

  • Then the client provided us with the drawing of their meeting room, which allowed us to know the size and shape of the meeting room.

  • We made a CAD matching drawing for the client to determine the number of meeting chairs.

  • After reaching an agreement with the client, we started to make office chairs. As they are our regular style, the accessories of these office chairs have been stored in our warehouse for a long time. We promise our customers that it will only take 3 days to deliver the goods from order to production to packaging
